Happy New Year!!! Starting 2015 off right!
A new pattern that combines both texture and color. That's right! A textured lace combined with five gradated colors from light to dark, makes for one must-have accessory.
The texture reminds me of the coral that washes up on the beaches in the Bahamas. Or maybe I'm just wishing I was on a beach on this chilly day.
Dimples Lace Scarf pattern is available on Ravelry.com. It was knit using Frabjous Fibers, Wonderland Yarns, Cheshire Cat Mini Skein Pack. The mini skeins come with 5 colors of gradated colors or coordinated colors. I chose the light to dark pack colorway called Too Much Pepper #21, Its a fingering weight yarn, 100% superwash merino, 640 yards. the yarn is extremely soft to the touh and easy to knit with.
This is one of those scarves that I will wear alot.
I really wish I would have had 2 packs instead of one, because I know I would love it as a wrap. No surprise.... right?
The pattern includes instruction on changing colors and methods for blocking.
